The product was made of 3 mm thick cold-rolled steel, in addition, its surface was protected in a two-stage powder coating process with an epoxy pre-coating, which created a solid, black " TIGER textured " structure .

The bumper has a place for the winch (it is hidden inside the armor) and shackle hooks (dedicated shackles sold separately). The bottom protection plate is integrated into the bumper. It has built-in LED marker lights.        
                         
The structure of the bumper is designed in such a way as not to restrict engine cooling. Its design also allows the installation of larger wheels and tires.
