AEV Tire Carrier Kit for 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL with AEV RX Rear Bumper

Now that your Jeep is lifted and on oversized tires, you need a way to carry a spare with you. The AEV Tire Carrier Kit was specifically designed for JL Wranglers that are equipped with the AEV RX Rear Bumper. This swing out tire carrier easily opens with the tailgate, and relocates all of its weight into the frame. With included center high mount stop light (CHMSL) and backup camera brackets, AEV has thought of everything you need to install this on your Jeep. The AEV Tire Carrier Kit allows you to run up to a 40” spare tire. For ultimate corrosion and scratch resistance, the AEV both e-coats and powder coats their Tire Carriers. Installation Note: AEV RX Rear Bumper (Sold Separately) Required for Installation.
 

Bumper Specific Design: This AEV Tire Carrier Kit is compatible with the AEV RX Rear Bumper ONLY. It will not fit factory JL Wrangler, or any other aftermarket bumpers. The AEV RX Rear Bumper (Sold Separately) is absolutely required for Installation. 

Oversized Spare Tire: By keeping 100% of the weight off of the tailgate, the AEV Tire Carrier Kit allows you to run up to a 40” spare tire. This kit minimizes wear and tear to your tailgate hinges, prolonging the life of your tailgate. 

Made for JL Wrangler: The AEV Tire Carrier Kit is compatible with all JL Wranglers. The kit includes an accommodation for the factory backup camera and a third brake light (CHMSL) relocation bracket. 

Fuel Caddy: An optional AEV Fuel Caddy (sold separately) is available as an upgrade to the Tire Carrier Kit. This 10.2-gallon auxiliary gas tank mounts behind the spare tire. This limits the spare size to 37”.
