The Weld-On Front 4-Link Long Arm System delivers precise control over pinion angles in extreme conditions and is designed to complement the geometry of our rear bolt-on long arms. To accommodate the front long arms, factory brackets must be removed. These long arms are constructed from robust 2.0 DOM .25” (1/4”) wall steel, built to withstand trail abuse, and feature forged threaded ends for maximum durability.

The upper front arms, made from 1.25” DOM x 3/16” tubing, include forged ends for enhanced strength and are fully adjustable in length. Both front and rear control arms incorporate our patented Duroflex™ bushings, ensuring bind-free, maintenance-free articulation.

The rear long arms require the removal of factory rear control arm brackets but offer the best geometry MetalCloak has engineered. This optimized design enhances acceleration response, minimizes wheelbase changes, and delivers superior handling at high speeds.

The lower rear long arms, crafted from thick 2.0 DOM .25” (1/4”) wall steel, provide exceptional strength and durability with forged threaded ends. The upper rear control arms, made from 1.5” DOM .1875” (3/16”) tubing, are specially formed for maximum clearance during suspension travel.

For easy installation, the 100% bolt-on rear long-arm brackets are constructed from fully welded ¼” steel plate with angled surfaces to help glide over obstacles effortlessly.

This system combines cutting-edge technologies, including True Dual Rate™ Coils, revolutionary DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber-enhanced Duroflex™ Joints, and two-piece Durotrak™ bushing-equipped track bars, resulting in an unmatched off-road experience.

Designed for straightforward installation, this complete long-arm system includes everything needed: front and rear long arms, shocks, track bars, a steering stabilizer, brake lines, bump stops, and all required hardware.

With superior travel, articulation, clearance, and flex, this system delivers a smooth, predictable ride both on and off-road—all at a fraction of the modifications required by other long-arm kits, offering outstanding value.

The RockSport Remote Reservoir Black shocks are specifically made to work with MetalCloak True Dual-Rate Coils; the Digressive valving provide the best of slow and fast speed performance.

Shocks are made with 2.5 diameter, 3/16 thick wall aluminum with a huge interior for fluid to ensure they stay cool and hold up to on and off-road abuse.

The Remote reservoir connects to the shock with a 3000psi high working pressure, stainless-steel braided, synthetic lined reservoir hose, with optimized flow orifices to allow unhindered shock oil flow.

Unique valve stack with Parabolic shim-form (Patent Pending #63/743,954) provides a compact and simplified valve assembly that eliminates shim stack problems of conventional methods, allowing for our exacting target numbers to be achieved.

Our completed package allows for maximum shaft length to be utilized and provides more travel than any similar size Monotube shock; even the internals of the end caps are machined out for additional travel.

Functional Type III Mil-Spec clear HARD anodized process is used on the shock piston to keep the assembly from wearing down from the high velocity fluid transfer, ensuring a long lasting service life.

Oversized 7/8" hard chrome plated shafts, induction hardened to Rockwell C 60+, exceeding most competitors in durability and can take a beating over and over providing the BEST protection from rock debris; this allows a consistently smooth surface for seals and wiper to ride on.

A triple seal pack keeps shock oil in and contaminants out. Removable Bump Cap protects the seal assembly from full compression damage and provides access for servicing the shock.

Large, easy to grip billet knob with laser marked numbers allow you to change the compression setting simply; choose from 8 settings that add an additional 15% compression force at each click to tune in your Gold Standard. Dial in your off-road comfort along with great daily driving performance.

Shock attaches with built-in off set mounts that allow for long travel capabilities with the convenience of an OE like fitment.

The RockSport Black Shocks come with a 1/8", Laser Cut, gold zinc finished reservoir mount.

The shocks come with a gold zinced lower shock mount that is engineered to move the lower shock mounting location away from the Jeeps frame rails for added clearance - saving your shocks in the process. The lower shock mount is made of 3/16" hot rolled steel and is laser cut and CNC formed for perfect fitment.

RockSport Black Reservoir Shocks provide a high end shock with adjustable compression settings allowing you to dial in your Jeeps ride for fantastic performance with a comfortable yet stable compression and rebound cycle for Rock Crawling, Overlanding, Daily Driving or “spirited” off-road navigation (wink).
